Take one Vitamin D3 a day with GOOD FAT such as clean chicken, turkey, wild- caught salmon or albacore tuna or 1 tbsp. of extra virgin coconut oil. Vitamin D3 must be taken when you consume some GOOD FAT for it to absorb into your body. Taking it on an empty stomach is NOT ADVISED.
